Information you choose to share

When you use a Forge Point Painting MN estimate, review, careers, or subcontractor link, the information you provide is handled through the linked Paint Assistant App experience. We use contact and project information to respond to your request, coordinate work, and improve the customer experience.

Home Care accounts, questions, and records

If you create a Forge Point Home Care account, we store the profile and preferred contact details you provide, covered-property information, membership status, Paint Bank ledger, terms acceptance, service requests and visits, paint and project records, protected file references, payment-event references, portal notices, and audit history needed to operate the program. If you send a Home Care question, we store your name, message, reply preference, and the email address or phone number you choose to provide in the protected owner inbox. The managed sign-in provider controls authentication. Your preferred contact email does not change your secure sign-in identity.

Payments and service providers

Stripe processes subscription Checkout, payment methods, recurring charges, refunds, and billing-portal activity. Forge Point does not store complete card numbers or Stripe client secrets. Managed hosting, storage, authentication, scheduling, and optional email providers process only the information needed to provide their services.

Portal notices and email

Home Care notices are stored in the authenticated member portal and owner workspace. Transactional email delivery may be added later after the sending domain is verified. A queued portal notice does not mean an email was delivered.

Website information and security

Our website may collect limited technical, request, security, and analytics information needed for reliable operation, fraud prevention, rate limiting, and auditability. We do not sell personal information. Access to member records and submitted Home Care questions is limited by authenticated account ownership, and owner administration is role-protected.
