FORGE POINT HOME CARE

Membership Terms

Version 2026-09-17 · Effective September 17, 2026

Please read these terms before enrolling. By checking the acceptance box and completing Stripe Checkout, you agree to these membership terms and authorize recurring billing.

1. Provider and membership

Forge Point Home Care is offered by Forge Point Painting MN, a company of Forge Point Ventures LLC, in White Bear Lake, Minnesota. The membership supports eligible painted-home maintenance, organized property and paint records, member service access, and promotional Paint Bank benefits. Membership does not replace a separate written proposal or project contract for painting or repair work.

2. Monthly recurring charge

The membership costs $59 USD per month and is automatically billed through Stripe until canceled. By enrolling, you authorize Stripe and Forge Point to charge the payment method you provide each billing period. The full monthly fee pays for program access, administration, records, scheduling benefits, and other active-member benefits; it is not a deposit into a savings account.

If a payment fails, membership may become past due and benefits or new Paint Bank credits may be paused until payment is successfully resolved. Card information is collected and stored by Stripe, not Forge Point.

3. Paint Bank promotional credit

  • After each verified successful monthly payment, Forge Point may add up to $20 in promotional Paint Bank credit.
  • One dollar of Paint Bank credit equals one dollar of program value toward approved eligible Forge Point work.
  • The maximum available balance is $1,000. Credits stop posting while the account is at the cap.
  • Paint Bank credit is promotional value, not cash, does not earn interest, cannot be cashed out, is not transferable, and is not separately held from the monthly fee.
  • Credits apply only to work Forge Point approves before work begins and cannot create a negative balance.

4. Active-member benefits

Active members receive priority consideration within normal Forge Point availability, organized home and paint records, portal access, and a 10% discount on qualifying additional maintenance after available Paint Bank credit is applied. Priority access does not guarantee same-day, immediate, or specific-date service. The discount does not automatically apply to full repaints, new-color projects, major repairs, unrelated services, or another promotion unless Forge Point approves it in writing.

5. Annual touch-up benefit

After 12 verified successful monthly payments in a membership year, an active member may request up to two hours of qualifying touch-up labor, subject to normal scheduling, safe access, service area, and scope approval. The benefit does not roll over, has no cash value, and is recorded as used only after an eligible completed visit. Annual paint check-in records are tracked separately.

6. Eligible maintenance

Eligible work may include interior touch-ups on previously painted Forge Point surfaces; minor wall dings, nail holes, small patching, and spot priming needed for a touch-up; minor caulk touch-ups at painted trim or joints caused by normal maintenance; small baseboard, trim, door, or painted-surface touch-ups from ordinary wear; safely accessible small exterior paint touch-ups where the underlying surface is sound; and other small maintenance painting or repair items Forge Point approves before work begins.

7. Excluded work and safety

Paint Bank maintenance does not include full-room, full-level, full-exterior, or whole-home repainting unless separately quoted; major drywall, plaster, carpentry, siding, wood-rot, structural, or water-damage repair; lead, asbestos, mold, or other regulated or environmental remediation; active leak or moisture-source correction; lift, scaffold, specialty-access, or unusually high-access work; work outside Forge Point’s service scope or approved service area; or work performed by another company. Forge Point may decline work that is unsafe, regulated, outside scope, outside the service area, or dependent on unresolved underlying damage.

8. Warranty is separate

Eligible completed Forge Point work may carry the stated three-year workmanship warranty under the applicable project terms. Covered workmanship corrections do not use Paint Bank credit. Normal wear, impact damage, moisture or structural conditions, product failure outside Forge Point’s control, weather damage outside normal coating performance, and work altered by others are not workmanship warranty items.

9. Cancellation and the 90-day window

You may manage billing and request cancellation through the secure Stripe billing portal. The standard self-service cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period and does not prorate that period. Forge Point may also process a cancellation directly when appropriate. Once cancellation is effective, future monthly billing and future Paint Bank accrual stop. Eligible remaining Paint Bank credit remains available for 90 days after cancellation and then expires through the account ledger. An expired membership must re-enroll to resume benefits.

10. Refunds, reversals, and disputes

Any approved refund is processed through Stripe. If a membership payment is refunded, promotional Paint Bank credit associated with that payment may be reversed proportionally, up to the remaining available balance. A reversal will never make the Paint Bank balance negative; any unresolved difference may be reviewed by the owner. Charge disputes may pause benefits and require account review.

11. Member responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate contact, property, and payment information; maintain safe access to requested work areas; disclose known hazards and underlying conditions; use the portal and billing tools responsibly; and review the approved scope and pricing for additional work before service begins. A service request is a request for review and is not a confirmed appointment or automatic approval.

12. Account, records, and notices

Your managed sign-in account connects your membership, property, Paint Bank ledger, service records, files, and billing references. The sign-in email is separate from any preferred contact email. Program notices are durably recorded and available in the member portal. Email delivery may be added later; until enabled and verified, the portal is the official location for payment, benefit, service, cancellation, and expiration notices.

13. Changes and controlling documents

The version accepted during enrollment is stored with the acceptance date and account metadata. Forge Point may update the program for future enrollments or renewals and will present material changes as appropriate. A separately approved project proposal or contract controls the scope and price of that project. These written enrollment terms control if the homeowner pamphlet or other program summary conflicts with them.
